2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to create and manage your account, deliver platform features, process payments, personalise your learning experience, send transactional emails, analyse usage, and comply with applicable Indian laws. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

We share your data only with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform. These include:

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your personal data and learning history for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance purposes.

We implement reasonable security practices and procedures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/SSL), secure database hosting, and strict access controls, to protect your data against unauthorized access or disclosure. In the unlikely event of a data breach compromising your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by the DPDPA.

6. Children's Privacy

ClearCMA is an educational platform. While users under the age of 18 may use our services to prepare for their exams, we require that any user under the age of 18 obtain verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian before registering or providing personal data. We do not engage in targeted advertising or behavioral tracking directed at minors.

7. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.

8. Your Rights & Grievance Officer

You have the right to access, correct, erase your personal data, and withdraw consent under the DPDPA 2023.
